John felt his time nearing.  He needed lots of rest and on this evening said farewell to the baby and headed to bed.  While he was sleeping, the ghost of Lysana visited him.

She was waiting for him, knowing his time was up.

John died in his sleep.  He was 69.

Lucretia was devastated.

However, John had left his daughter enough money to expand the house, to make a larger dining area or great hall, and moving the throne room towards the back with an adjoining chamber for consultations.  The garden will have to wait.

Lucretia had the urns buried in the new royal cemetery.
